Refund Policy

Red Fox Forex complies with all applicable *** (country) laws and EU regulations. As a result, under the Money Transfer Regulations, you might be entitled to a refund or compensation if a money transfer you ordered is delayed or failed. We respect your rights and will handle any claims with care and responsibility. Refund or compensation claims must be backed up by all available evidence.

Despite adhering to strict compliance procedures and policies regarding money transfers, FckForex LLC disclaims responsibility for any delays, losses, or errors in payment transmission as well as any mistakes, omissions, or errors brought on by factors beyond our control and/or as a result of compliance with any applicable laws or market practices of the beneficiary country.

In a case of a cancellation or refund of a returned payment the following procedures will apply:

  • - The sender must request a refund in writing stating the reason and customer number, signed by the sender and including a coloured copy of his/her passport or driving licence. All written refund requests will be reviewed under the discretion of FckForex LLC. For all processed transfers the sender shall only obtain the foremost amount minus the refund administration fee.
  • - The refund charge varies due to bank charges or exchange rate changes that may have been incurred by FckForex LLC at the time period of a refund.
  • - A refund will be processed in about 3 working days. Refunded money will be transferred only to the sender’s bank account.

Any complaints regarding a transaction should be reported within 14 working days.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of *** (country).

Note, that you face the risk of losing all the money you've put into your Red Fox Forex account if you use our services. Therefore, you should never trade or invest money that you cannot risk losing.
